The Events Team at the College of Professional Studies (CPS) works with faculty, staff, students and college partners to develop, plan and execute multiple types of events throughout the year. Contacting us is the optimal starting point for organizing and hosting events on and off campus.

1. Form Submission

After reviewing the information on this page, the CPS faculty or staff member submits the Event Requisition Form.

2. Form Consultation

Events & Operations Manager reviews the form and schedules a time to meet with form submitter to go over specific details and follow-up questions.

3. Leadership Review

Director of Strategic Initiatives & Planning will present the proposed event to CPS Leadership team to crosscheck college-wide calendar and to provide event recommendations.

4. Planning & Promotion

Events & Operations Manager takes point on event planning in coordination with form submitter and CPS/GW teams as appropriate.

5. Execution & Reflection

Event occurs. Events & Operations Manager and form submitter reflect on what went well and what can be improved.
