Featured speaker, Dr. Scott J. White, a Clinical Criminologist and Director of the Cybersecurity BPS Program at GW’s College of Professional Studies, provided an insightful, thought-provoking and entertaining presentation about “Cyber Criminals: A Forensic Profile of Insider Threats.”
White spoke to a crowd of 70+ attendees at the event hosted by the Loudoun County Cyber Professionals and Loudoun County Economic Development groups. The event was held February 6 in Ashburn, VA, near GW’s Virginia Science & Technology Campus in Loudoun County.
“It was wonderful how he linked in “headlines stories” over the past several years to reinforce the principles he shared upfront,” reported Rick Morris, Business Development Officer at Loudoun County Virginia Department of Economic Development.
Morris thanked Professor White, a true subject matter expert, for providing his expertise and insights to the Cyber Professionals Meetup group.
