The GW College of Professional Studies (CPS) has been awarded funding from the Luther Rice Foundation to support a new student engagement program: Parents’ Night Out! In partnership with Bright Horizons, CPS will host Parents’ Night Out events to provide evening childcare services to GW students with children during finals week.

 

Register for the Parents' Night Out Program 

  • Need a break? Time to study, wrap up those final projects, or get some holiday shopping done? We've got you covered! 
  • Bring your kids (ages 4-12) to CPS Parents' Night Out at Bright Horizons at Ballston for a fun evening of activities and pizza while you check things off your to do list.

WHEN: December 13, 2024 | 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Program Details

  • The program is free for GW students (Grant-Supported by the Luther Rice Foundation)
  • The program will be held at Bright Horizons at Ballston, 4001 Fairfax Drive, Suite 175, Arlington, VA 22203
  • All GW students with children are eligible for the Parents' Night Out program, with preference given to CPS students. The program will prioritize inclusivity, recognizing the unique challenges faced by students who balance academics with parenthood.
  • Services will be held in a safe, engaging environment with certified childcare professionals from Bright Horizons, ensuring peace of mind for parents. 
  • Minimal paperwork required for registration.
