Mr. Blanchard, CISSP, is an accomplished cyber security manager and analyst with over 18 years experience in the information security arena, including cyber security enterprise level program/project management, IT governance and security operations. Blanchard has experience working on systems in both the public and private industry sectors and is recognized as being highly knowledgeable in cyber defense strategy and cyber security information systems operations. 
 
He believes InfoSec is the foundation to this country’s economy and places a very high value on defense strategy. His diverse IT background in enterprise architecture, data center management, management of people, and programs contributes to an optimal security posture for any organization.

Currently he works as an IT Governance Analyst for the State of Oregon's Lottery. His work experience also includes:
  • Working as a program manager, fielding enterprise security solutions for the U.S. Air Force;
  • Assisting the roll-out and implementation of two important Department of Defense (DoD) security systems with the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) out of Ft. Meade, MD;
  • Conducting internal IT audits and reporting findings to Nike, Inc.'s board of directors as an IT Audit Project Lead; 
  • Serving as compliance director for a small startup
