Congratulations to Carmelo Melendez for receiving the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Service, the highest honor for career civil servants. Melendez is a two-time GW alumnus, including the Senior Leader Program run by the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, a part of CPS.
